Rocky Mountain ATV/MC

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC has apparently…

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC has apparently decided that once they hand your package to a shipping company, the customer is on their own. When there is a shipping problem, their solution seems to be to pass the buck to the carrier and tell the customer to wait while they conduct an investigation or even more comical file a police report. That may be convenient for Rocky Mountain, but it isn’t customer service. I paid Rocky Mountain ATV/MC for a product—not the shipping company—and I expect Rocky Mountain to take responsibility for getting what I paid for into my hands. Recent customer reviews describe remarkably similar experiences with lost packages, damaged shipments, and customer service simply telling them to wait for the carrier. What’s especially frustrating is that Rocky Mountain gets your money immediately, but when their shipping process fails, apparently the customer gets to absorb the inconvenience while Rocky Mountain points at the carrier and washes its hands of the problem. A company that wants to call itself a leader in the motorcycle industry should be taking ownership of shipping problems rather than making the customer chase the shipper. I don’t care which carrier they use or what happened after the package left their warehouse—I bought it from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, and I expect Rocky Mountain to make sure I receive it. That’s what taking care of your customers means.
