EDIT: This Casino is not Trustworthy
This casino is way ahead of most of the casinos I’ve tried recently. They emailed me with a no deposit offer to come try the site and I accepted it. Spent a few hours spinning and met my wager requirement and had a little over $100 in my balance. They took the excess and left we with my max withdrawal amount of $50. So far so good. I just submitted my KYC documents and still waiting to be approved. Edit: Updating my review now that I see their shady practice. I submitted all of my required documents for KYC after I completed my wagering threshold and was attempting to withdraw $50. I sent in a photo of my passport that does not expire until 2028. Along with a selfie holding my passport next to my face. I double checked to make sure the documents were clear and you could read the info in both photos. They replied back a few days later telling me I had been rejected and to upload additional government issued ID. Then he said (ID Card, Drivers License, Passport) Considering the fact that I’d already attempted to use my passport I asked them why it was not being accepted? Since it showed on the site it was an accepted form of identification and they didn’t even answer me. They just replied back saying once I submitted a new document that I would be approved. Well my drivers license is currently expired by a few months and I haven’t had the chance to go to the DMV and get a new one yet. So obviously my passport is my only valid form of identification right now. But they aren’t letting me use it and they won’t tell me any good reason why it was not accepted. They just ignore my question, and respond back with the same exact message that I need to resubmit my documents with another form of identification. These guys are shady. They make you jump through as many hoops as possible and just hope you’ll gamble away the money that you’re trying to withdraw. The longer they can stall, the greater chance they have to get off the hook from honoring their obligations to pay people. Stay away from this place. They are a bunch of scammers.
