Excellent experience. I had a small problem with one of the pieces I ordered. But I have ordered over 10 in the past few years with no problem at all!! Customer service was phenomenal. I sent the piece back and they made me a brand new one free of charge and shipping was also free to send my unit back. Great hair and even greater customer service. Most definitely recommend 10/10.
