Batik Air

SCAM

SCAM! Online has surfboard fees published, but when reached counter in DPS Bali was told that policy was for Batik air Indonesia, not Batik air Malaysia, who are seperate (of course there is no mention of this online, and the surfboard policy for Batik air Indonesia does not mention a seperate entity exists with seperate fees) So they demand I pay $300 to fly 2 hours with my board.... Staff also very rude. Complaints team are worst I have ever dealt with, complete lack of care and ability to read or answer the simplest question. Airplanes are also old and poorly maintained. Nadira, Executive - Customer Care Operations handeling the complaint should not have a job, used to manage a customer service team and her level of ability would result in immediate flagging for more training and observation...
