Transparency and service recovery was brilliant, thanks folks. Got my S25 Ultra within the required time frame. They found out my initial unit was unavailable, but was able to make the switch and accomplished what I was looking for in the end. One note - would greatly appreciate WhatsApp support over emails. Do consider having that available again!
