Horrible redeem time
Horrible redeem time. I have been waiting for 2 weeks. I signed up with a promotional email I got and purchased a few packs, I ended up trying to cash out $400. It was rejected because I had to verify my cards. Once that was done, I submit another request. It has been 2 weeks, and now all they are saying is that it has been escalated to the department. I want my redeem. I will remove this or at least update it once I get my redeem.
