Creating the documents was very easy…
Trust & Will's does a very good job streamlining the process to create documents quickly. Their platform is very easy to navigate. They also have amazing customer service. The one issue I ran into was with getting my documents notarized. I live in New York and there are more constraints with getting documents notarized. When I brought this up to their customer service rep, they immediately discussed making changes so that they could provide recommendations for NYS residents in the future.
