The customer service was helpful
The customer service was helpful. Canceling my free trail had not worked the night I needed it to, but the customer serive helped me get my refund! This part of the message is for Scholarship owl themselves and not the customer service. Please include emails that tell you how long you have until you're free trial is up. I get constant email from you guys which is fine. But I had to remember that I had to cancel it, not you guys, and you guys don't normally offer refunds, which is a little unfair. This is the first service i've had in a while that doesn't do this, and I think it's one of the best things a service can do it shows they care about their customers.
