Absolutely horrible; they charged my account twice for the membership somehow. 1. I didn't even sign up to get charged for my membership and 2. even if i did it charged my account twice genuinely screw these money-grabbing rats

Honestly, I think it’s just a scam to get your information to they can spam you. None of the “winners” look like real people and you usually have to agree to allow them to send you emails to apply. Basically a joke.

It was amazing, it works just as advertised and has no hidden fees or issues. I got the money in a timely manor and everything went in red well.(although there was an issue with my payment but it was quickly resolved by their easy to work with customer service reps.)

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scholarship owl is very misleading an now I'm out almost $60.00 because they make it unaware that you are paying for anything even when you go look at your membership tab. I was charged three times and when I talked to customer service about it they said I picked a pop up that would continue to charge when that is not what happened. I wanted to cancel my free trial not pay for more. The customer service people were not help and I've only been refunded one of the three charges. On top of that the chances of even getting a scholarship from then is basically zero. Do not use Scholarship owl.

Cluttered website, suggested scholarships are completely irrelevant even after filling out my profile in full. AWFUL billing experience. Was given a month trial with a birthday coupon, and found it useless. Went to cancel a week before my trial was over and there was nothing showing I had a subscription and no billing information listed to remove. I bet you can guess what happened next. They charged me, and denied me a refund even though I have barely used this site and have ZERO interest in ever using it again. Save yourself the experience of predatory financial practices - you can access all of these scholarships for free through other sources, just talk to a financial aid office.

It was really good! The only caveat I have is that after I submitted the report after winning the prize there was no confirmation of the information going through and had to message scholarship owl to ensure it went through.

I was completing my Master of Science degree in Mathematics and seeking ways to help with the financial debt. I decided to review this platform so signed up for a trial subscription. Just prior to the trial ending, my mother had emergency surgery and ended up in the hospital for a month. When I thought about the cancellation it was one day past the date. I contacted Customer Service who sent the policy and said no refund. I disputed the charge on my credit card while ScholarshipOwl stated there was no refund. I am unable to use the service and spent $64.02 to find out. It taught me not to ever have a trial subscription. I recommend reading all the documents and be sure this is what you want and need, without a trial, since it is difficult to receive a refund if you choose otherwise. This may be appropriate for others.
