The overall process of administering testing and taking testing was very easy for me and my team.
This system does not work, and there is no support.
The system is poorly designed and does not work well, I have both Mac, and PC, I tried to use both systems and in both instances it didn't work. I have also made sure I had all the updates, and plug ins installed. I am trying to get a refund now, but there is no real support or way to get my money back. I literally can't take the course, there is no way I can even take the test to get a certificate, and I can't get my money back. The web interface plays a blank white screen, and then it asks me a ton of security questions every time I log in, each time I have to do the same thing all over again, I tried saving my progress, the software states that I have completed 30min of training, but have never seen 1 second of training to date. I have seen several similar reviews. No phone number listed on the website, and the chat bot does not work well, I tried emailing support and am now just waiting and hoping to get my money back.
Easy obtaining my food handlers…
My experience taking my food handlers certification course on 360 was great because of the detailed content and the ability to go at my own pace. The interactive sections real got me engaged allowing better content retention. I truly felt like I learned all I need to know and more by the end of the course.
Awful experience with MEC/360training
I used MEC (which is now 360training) for another licensing course recently and had a good experience, so I had no problem using them again. Big mistake. I purchased their 3-hour Pennsylvania mortgage licensing course and the new 360training course platform is TERRIBLE. I was getting logged out, forced to rewatch videos I had already completed, and dealing with timers that didn't match the length of the videos. One case study had a 5-minute timer even though I finished reading it in about a minute. I couldn't move forward until the timer ran out, but while I was sitting there waiting, the system logged me out for inactivity. Seriously? I reported all of this on Friday and was told support would contact me within 24 business hours. I stopped taking the course because I assumed they would fix the problems. By the end of Monday, I still hadn't heard from anyone. On Tuesday, I tried the course again, had the same problems, and finally asked for a refund. I was promised a callback within two hours. Nobody called. I followed up in writing and called again, spending about an hour on the phone trying to get this resolved. Instead of actually resolving anything, they closed my support tickets without answering my questions or even giving me a clear answer about my refund. The most frustrating part is that I gave them a chance to fix the technical problems instead of immediately demanding my money back, and then that delay was used against me when I requested a refund. As of today, the course STILL has the same problems, and I've received no meaningful response about the technical issues. If you're a mortgage professional trying to complete licensing requirements on a deadline, I would stay away from MEC/360training. A 3-hour course shouldn't turn into hours of fighting with a broken platform followed by even more hours fighting with customer service. I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

It definitely took longer than 4 hours but I got it!
It definitely took longer than 4 hours. Took me 5 but I did log off and get back on many time. Did not like the end at all felt like a waste of time and was very long. It’s a pain trying to login each time it says server failed it was you to go to the main page and resign in. Quizzes were not hard at all.

Paid $160 for nothing
Paid $160 for OSHA 30 course and it won't even let me begin the course. If it's not fixed by Monday I'm going to have to force a refund.

Answers for some questions are…
Answers for some questions are incorrect. My co worker took the test and after she answered questions with incorrect answers, I goggled the questions and it gave us the answer she put in but they marked it incorrect. I would not suggest using this for Arizona liquor. I would suggest see safe or ABC.

30 Hour OSHA Construction longer than advertised
Took the 30 Hour OSHA Construction Training Course and was able to get the online training completed within the year requirement. However, the course is not 30 hours long. It is more like 40 or more hours. Also, I received the certification of completion very quickly, but it took just under 90 days to receive the DOL OSHA Card and not the two weeks as advertised. IT closed out the ticket inquiry a few times stating that they forwarded it to their Regulatory Team. The times provided for receiving it by the team were longer than what they stated via email.
This course is terrible
This course is terrible. Find a different alternative. Sometimes I have to re do a course 6 times correctly to get to the next. Then I log in and it sends me back 3 to 4 couses that I already completed. Complete garbage very unsatisfied and extremely frustrated. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

my experience training for the opening of the store in bellaire was amazing. everything went smoothly and i met some amazing people as well as learning for myself to develop more as a team lead. i would love to do it again

Honestly i waisted 100 dollers to never get the certificate not letting people know they need a computer and all of these requirements to even take the test let alone pass so thanks for stealing money and not giving the opportunity to refund people. So i wouldn't recommend you to anyone in fact going to tell people go elsewhere.

They are great for any adult who is too…
They are great for any adult who is too busy in the modern days, and just doesnt have time for that whole back to school or even that 9 to 5 etc. If you get where I'm going with that but it's great they will with you on that schedule and it's only few day ever year. And even if you get sick or kids or etc cause life happens we all know that unexpected situations that come up or last-minute family emergency they still will do all they can to keep you in class to finish sometimes even different times!!! But they are good on communication on all aspects too even for emergency etc even if you just want to ask a question ...always in a timely manner...and great prices and easy sign up or register website also! I recommend this 360 training to anyone who needs any certification for MISHA & OSHA
