What should have been a 2 hour…
What should have been a 2 hour experience turned into a six hour ordeal. Each time something was wrong, probably due to my computer needing to be set on something I was not aware of I had to go to the back of the line each time, which took a long time to get back to the front of the line. Too many times the temperature questions choices bordered on being wrong or too vague to feel confident in making the choice even though I knew the answer. However, the people who helped me to get my computer adjusted were great and deserve a five.

Awful website it has logged me out and made me lose progress multiple times I’m almost 15 hours into a 10 hour course absolutely do not recommend

Zero communication
The online content is decent but my major complaint is the slow response times, lack of issue resolution and inability to contact anyone other than via email. My course expired but I did not receive any email notification on the upcoming expiration and nothing was communicated to me after the course expired. I requested an extension and was eventually told my only recourse was to purchase the entire course again and start over. I would not recommend 360 training to any individual or company for their training needs.

I enjoyed my three online courses with…
I enjoyed my three online courses with your company honestly. Person In Charge, Food Protection Manager Certification and the KING--- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point- HACCP. The curriculum for the courses were really structured. Theoretically, I gained a lot, practically, I added knowledge to my knowledge gap in terms of food safety. I am so delighted I choose 360training all for the online course. The only set back I wanted to have was how voluminous the HACCP curriculum was because of the schedule of my work, but later when I continued to read, I discovered I need them all. A friend once told me how I managed because when she gets home, she's always tired. One area to add to the curricula for HACCP is explaining in details, in part of a section, what the course could be used for, not only to work in a 9:00pm to 5:00pm collar jobs, but to be your own boss. I worked in university before and as a former director of academic programs, updating curriculum after students' field feedback is gold. Keep the good work going.

Zero stars if possible this shyt keeps resetting the time you have to have a minimum of 30 hour seat time to take the test. I’m almost 40 hours in and still haven’t gotten the test because the timer keeps restarting even after saved on a stable Internet connection.

I just signed up and HATE it already
I just signed up and HATE it already! The pages do not have any audio so you have to read it page by page and it constantly freezes and you have to login again. I’m already looking for a refund! I’ve renewed my license before with such ease, this is yhe worst platform ever!
