Made my purchase online on 12/8/2025. Terms clearly stated ship within 1-3woking days with email updates. However until 20/8/2025 still no update whatsoever since payment. Unable to reach via contact number provided in contact info, and no reply to email despite sending to their official support email. Feels very unprofessional and feels scammed. Not good to leave purchaser in the dark despite purchaser made payment.
