Straight forward ordering process. Plus prompt and detailed reply for questions I had before purchasing a product from your help center. However, making customers sign up to your website without offering a first purchase as a guest is not the way to treat a new customer. I would recommend allowing the ability for a new customer to be able to checkout and purchase as a guest if they choose.
