First I want to start off by saying I'm in the top 20% of Google reviews with that being said.... BUYER BEWARE I went on the BMIMD portal to update my phone number..I went out of town about 2-3 weeks later and I come back and a package of their medicine was on my door sitting out in the sun for 3 days or more no notification that they mailed it out to me most companies would say no problem will replace the medication as I suggested they do and I would return the unopened box to them of the medication that have been sitting outside they won't do it I canceled my subscription The medicine wasn't that great anyways buyer beware they don't want to satisfy and make their customers happy then I don't think a person should be with them I offered to return the unopened box and they still would not make it right.
