First I want to start off by saying I'm in the top 20% of Google reviews with that being said.... BUYER BEWARE I went on the BMIMD portal to update my phone number..I went out of town about 2-3 weeks later and I come back and a package of their medicine was on my door sitting out in the sun for 3 days or more no notification that they mailed it out to me most companies would say no problem will replace the medication as I suggested they do and I would return the unopened box to them of the medication that have been sitting outside they won't do it I canceled my subscription The medicine wasn't that great anyways buyer beware they don't want to satisfy and make their customers happy then I don't think a person should be with them I offered to return the unopened box and they still would not make it right.

Same as the last reviewer. Sent sermorlin without ice pack.Left on front steps in the sun. Contacted BMI and Precision the compounding pharmacy, both said no problem, which any research would tell you is a lie.

It was an easy process to get started. It only took a few minutes to fill out the information needed to get reviewed and approved. I received my prescription in a few days with everything I needed. I like that bmiMD doesn’t send you a bunch of emails. Only when it’s necessary. I’ve tried other companies and they send you too many emails. Nothing negative to say about my experience!

I love how helpful bmimd customer service is. Their prices are the best for Sermorelin and NAD+. I'm hoping they expand their product line and make their Tirzepatide a little more affordable. The free shipping via UPS is a bonus.

Maybe it's too soon, or maybe my expectations are unrealistic, but i haven't realy noticed anything drastic yet. But I'm willing to try another month. Maybe my doctor could review my daily routine and see if any adjustments need to be made.
