Started Translators w/B over a year ago. Lost 70 lbs and am now on maintenance. Timely delivery of product, cold, and complete kit. Excellent help, as needed, both over the phone and online. Also watched a few online seminars that were very helpful. I have been recommending Brello to others that have been amazed at my weight loss. Thank you! Also the cost is better than I can get elsewhere, even if I used my insurance. Win-Win.
Not only does Brello offer the best price for the medications, they are by far the most supportive company in the game. They offer so many resources, they are constantly asking for feedback and input from the customer. They truly care about their customers wants and well-being. The best decision I have made for myself is going with Brello.
I just finished my third and last order of tirzepatide from Brello. $499 for 3 months was actually a really good deal and suddenly my 2 year plateau ended with 15 lbs gone in 6 months. Learning now they switched pharmacies which is probably why I gained ALL of this back in the last 3 months of using their product. When I reached out they didn’t share this information and instead blamed me. This isn’t another plateau and makes absolutely no sense other than that they sent ineffective, diluted vials in my last order. $500 to gain 15 lbs is insane. I wish I could get my money back, but they do not care about the customer experience and I hope this reflects in their success.

Great product, but .... Horrible software. It has screwed up the delivery address for most (or all) of my orders since 2025. The software won't let me change it myself, and it keeps reverting back to an invalid address. I've spent countless hours with customer support trying to get things fixed. If they hired some competent software people, it could easily become a 5-star review.

Very quick to fill and ship. Package always arrives in good condition and great communication. Sometimes trying to contact them is a little convoluted, but I have always gotten a response fairly quickly. Website/contact process could be improved some, but definitely no issues with products or service.

I found Brello when I was researching NAD+ and I'm so glad I went with them. The onboarding and screening process was simple and receiving your prescription (if approved because, yes, they do go over your medical information) is very quick. Their customer service team is quick to respond and friendly. Their prices are unbeatable and the products from the pharmacy they use are high quality. No shady bulk pharmacies.

I love that the medicine arrived quickly. I haven't lost that much weight yet, but I'm hoping I'll start dropping soon. I may need to up my dose . So far so good not really having any bad side affects .
