Great product ... horrible software.
Great product, but .... Horrible software. It has screwed up the delivery address for most (or all) of my orders since 2025. The software won't let me change it myself, and it keeps reverting back to an invalid address. I've spent countless hours with customer support trying to get things fixed. If they hired some competent software people, it could easily become a 5-star review.
