I was nervous going to an online company for medical care. So far I have no complaints other than the app could be a little more robust. They work hard to foster a community which helps keep you motivated. They offer education as well as an online workout platform with pretty good short videos. They also have representatives from the company actively engaging with anyone in the Brello community who wants that on their social media platforms. I highly reccomend and am grateful I took a chance with Brello

They recently changed their system to give out less medication. If you are on the highest dose, some weeks you have to inject twice at the same time due to their packaging. They give you “enough medication” but the vials are not packed according to the dosage. They used to give you enough to not need to double inject yourself some weeks but they recently changed. A shame because I liked using them but I am trying to avoid scarring and minimize injections. Currently looking for new providers.

I've lost 150 lbs on tirzepatide. I switched to Brello after my local pharmacy became too expensive. They've been great. I haven't had a single issue. The vials always arrive quickly and cold. I lost the majority of the 150 lbs on Brello's tirzepatide, so it definitely works well.

Brello has thought of everything! Telehealth doctors to meet with to discuss your health needs & goals, great compounding pharmacy, an app to track your progress, on-line workouts, wonderful customer service team, and the best prices! I’ve been with them for about a year & have lost 50 pounds. I am close to my goal & plan to stay with them through maintenance. I couldn’t be happier!!!

Updated review.. I have had a great experience with Brello since January. Now that they have added more medications like NAD+& Sermorelin, I've been on those for 3 months and have noticed better sleep quality, mental focus, and overall sustained energy throughout the day. I’ve been getting my meds from Brello for close to a year. I love the app, the communication, and how quickly each refill arrives. My meds require refrigeration, and have always arrived packed perfectly in a cold box with freezer packs and a temperature sensor. Quality has been top notch. I’ve never worried about it and the medication works exactly as it should. The prices are great with no surprises.
