I just finished my third and last order of tirzepatide from Brello. $499 for 3 months was actually a really good deal and suddenly my 2 year plateau ended with 15 lbs gone in 6 months. Learning now they switched pharmacies which is probably why I gained ALL of this back in the last 3 months of using their product. When I reached out they didn’t share this information and instead blamed me. This isn’t another plateau and makes absolutely no sense other than that they sent ineffective, diluted vials in my last order. $500 to gain 15 lbs is insane. I wish I could get my money back, but they do not care about the customer experience and I hope this reflects in their success.
