Making shipping problem right quickly and essily
I purchased a painting which arrived a bit worse for wear through the shipping process. Artsy responded immediately, asked me what I was interested in doing to resolve it and offered a very generous partial reimbursement to have the painting repaired by a framing shop of my choice. All of the communication was timely, courteous and clear. Would absolutely work with them again.
