This is my first purchase from artsy and it was extremely easy. We found the artist we were looking for and the gallery did a great job of packaging the artwork and it was delivered to my home inn just 4 days.

Art quality is great and the app is easy to use. It’s given me great recommendations. My only qualm is the shipping method caused me inconvenience— I wish they’d use maybe DHL or someone instead of FedEx, who did not make good faith delivery attempts over the weekend and thus I had to wait at home for two full days

The photograph arrived beautifully…
The photograph arrived beautifully protected and in perfect shape. Next time, it would help to say what size the package is. I had it delivered to Walgreens and they were not allowed to help me and it was VERY BIG!

Not a reliable app
Had a bad experience with Artsy! They’re good in terms of what they offer on their app, but when it comes the payment aspect they’re a total fraud. I got charged multiple times a month even after canceling my account, sent them an email and I haven’t gotten a response back. Totally despicable

I follow the artist Juliette Vaissiere on Artsy
I follow the artist - Juliette Vaissiere, and came across Harsh Collective on Artsy where they had several of her pieces on exibit online. The Artsy platform features lots of great art, and if you can't visit personally, their website is very accessible, has a wide range of artists, and is fully e-commerce enabled, so it was super easy to purchase online. The service was great from Harsh Collective, they packed up the painting with great care - it was enclosed in a very secure and padded box. It was expedient, they shipped it right away. And they used Fed-ex with signature required, which ensured that the package wasn't put at risk. I will feel very comfortable purchasing from them again. Recommended!
