I ordered several hundred dollars of frames and received this email several days later, but still haven't received a refund. Do not order from here - despite the site being up and running, it is not a functioning business. Dear Customer, Our online store is currently not accepting any orders and this will remain the case for an extended period. At this time, we are not able to provide any estimate for when we will reopen. As a result, we have canceled your recent order and issued a refund. We apologize for the inconvenience.
