How Great Service Turned a Bad Experience Into a Loyal Customer
I'll start by saying that before working with Christen, I would have given this a 1-2 star review. I purchased a product that arrived damaged, and it wasn't due to shipping. I was able to fix it with a lot of effort. That means instead of the assembly taking 1 hour, it took about 2 hours and 30 minutes. I reached out to Titan, shared my frustration, and offered some suggestions to improve the user experience. Christen responded and was great to work with. Before working with Christen, I swore I would never buy another piece of Titan equipment, but she managed to win me back as a lifetime customer. Thanks to the customer service, my review improved from 1 star to 5 stars. More importantly, I'll continue to buy from Titan in the future. Thank you again Christen!
