Stellar Service and Value

I’ve ordered a bunch of equipment from Titan Fitness over the last several years. Recently, I ordered Twist Lock Pro collars and they shipped me the wrong product. I reached out via their website chat feature and got connected with a real person within minutes. Their service and solution was stellar! Once I sent them a photo of what was shipped and the order number, they immediately shipped me the correct product and said I could keep the other collars too. I’ve enjoyed all my Titan Fitness products. Titan Fitness is high quality and excellent value for the dollar. The competition just can’t compete with their value.

I ordered a 60lb ez curl bar and…

I ordered a 60lb ez curl bar and decided the next day to change my order to a 50lb bar. Titan never got back to me after 2 emails were sent the next day. The 60lb bar was delivered yesterday. Titan's customer support is poor at best. Make sure you order the correct equipment or you will be stuck with the wrong item. I'll take responsibility for my original order mistake. Their equipment is good but the good ends there.

Lack of knowledge of their own equipment!

You guys, I can't believe what a crap-shoot of a company TITAN FITNESS is. Again, we ordered a piece of equipment and they didn't put one of the most important pieces in the box! After 6+weeks, we were given the whole apology email stating that the piece has been shipped. Great! Fantastic! I received said package and guess what? They put the wrong piece in the mail! They're supposed to know gym equipment. Their own brand even! Are you that clueless or just don't care about your customers and doing the right thing?!? I have contacted a lawyer and have requested names and numbers of the owners. Wait and see....stayed tuned!

Great customer service!

I had bought competition bumper plates from this company before but this was the first time I worked with one of their reps and all I can say is Alex the rep l worked with gave great customer service! The plates l purchased are 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the customer service has well! Thank you Alex and Titan Fitness!

I bought a leverage squat machine on…

I bought a leverage squat machine on sale and the package arrived a short while later- appearing to have already been opened and missing the instruction manual. I found an online manual- which does not match the hardware set that came with my machine. I try anyway and sure enough the manual is asking for screws that do not exist with my hardware pack. There was not a single screw that would fit into the required holes. I call the company and they make me go through loops of sending photos and videos of my issue and they confirm that I got the wrong hardware set. They say they will send a new pack. They send the same exact pack. At this point I got extremely busy at work and got delayed at calling customer service back- so I got stuck with a machine and missing screws to complete the assembly. I ended up needing to buy my own set of screws to finish putting the machine together. Trust me- I tried EVERY screw in the hardware pack and not a single one fit into the required spots. I think they sent me the discontinued model with the current hardware pack. Titan wouldn't let me enter in my own review onto their website so I'm writing it here.

We are a privately owned personal…

We are a privately owned personal training studio. June 10, 2026, we purchased a wall mounted pulley system. We got it delivered and hired a crew to put it together. Low and behold, titan fitness didn't put one of the most important pieces in the box! Now, being July 29, 2026 I still have the equipment which is useless. After multiple phone calls and emails, we are at a loss. The Titan fitness company is absolutely horrible in customer service. Who knows if the piece actually works and how well. We are out all this money for the equipment and the installation. I can't believe how unprofessional a company can be. I hope all fitness enthusiasts never buy from them. Bad business!

TITAN FITNESS NIGHTMARE PURCHASE!!!

MY NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE WITH TITAN FITNESS PRODUCT! YESTERDAY I PURCHASED A HEX BAR BY MISTAKE AND SENT A ONLINE REQUEST TO NOT SEND THE ITEM. THEN THIS MORNING BEFORE THE ITEM WAS SENT I CALLED AND ASKED FOR THE ITEM TO NOT BE SHIPPED. THEY CLOSE AT 6PM. AT 6;15 PM I GET A EMAIL THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED. I IMMEDIATLY CALLED FEDEX AND HAD THEM RETURN THE ITEM TO THE SENDER BECAUSE THEY WERE MORE DETERMEND TO FORCE A SALE THEN THEY WERE WILLING TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND CANCELL THE SALE OF A ITEM! THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME A 20% RESTOKING FEE ON THE ITEM BEFORE IT WAS EVEN SHIPPED. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE CAUSING COMPANY TITAN FITNESS!!!!

I've purchased many items from Titan

I've purchased many items from Titan, big and small: their ham curl/leg extension as well as their hip add/abduction. I have foam pylo boxes and wooden stackable boxes, weight plates, barbells and dumbbells etc. Their quality is top notch. I have yet to be disappointed in their assembly instructions or customer service. I also buy equipment from Rogue, Bells of Steel, York - so I'm going to whatever supplier has what I need. I find that Titan's stuff has an amazing intersection of quality to price compared to competitors. Just recently I bought a foam pylo box from Rogue. I wanted to buy the Titan version but they were back-ordered (on the plus-side the Titan customer rep was honest with me and told me the re-stock was 6months out...love love the honesty here instead of a run-around) The Rogue version was almost 2x the price, it did NOT have handles on the sides, and the velcro tabs don't secure out of the way like Titan's do. So better design and better price with Titan.

⭐ 1 Star

⭐ 1 Star As a gym owner and longtime Titan Fitness customer, I never thought I’d be leaving a review like this, but my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of the company. The issue isn’t necessarily the equipment itself—I’ve purchased quite a bit from Titan over the years, and much of it has served its purpose. The problem is the way Titan handles product updates, compatibility, and customer service. Titan updated one of their rack systems and discontinued the previous version along with compatible attachments. Unfortunately, there was very little clarity during the purchasing process that the attachments I was ordering would not work with my existing rack. I used the same account and purchase history I’ve always used, and there was no obvious “V2” designation or other clear identifier in the product name that would immediately signal compatibility differences to existing customers. As a result, I ended up with three attachments totaling less than $130 that are completely unusable. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue since April. During that process, I was initially told that Titan never received my emails. However, after pushing further, a customer service representative was eventually able to locate those same emails and reference them during our conversation. The explanations I received afterward felt more like excuses than solutions. I was told there were multiple tickets involved and that this somehow prevented a resolution. As someone who understands how ticketing systems work, that explanation raised more concerns about internal management and customer support processes than it answered. What is most disappointing is that Titan appears willing to lose a longtime customer over a relatively small amount of money rather than simply doing what is right. Companies make product revisions all the time. The difference is that the best companies are transparent about compatibility changes and stand behind their customers when issues arise. At this point, I would rather spend my money with companies that clearly communicate product compatibility, support their customers after the sale, and respond in a reasonable timeframe when problems occur. Even purchasing used equipment through Facebook Marketplace feels less frustrating than dealing with this situation. Titan may offer decent equipment, but customer service is what determines whether customers come back. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured that I won’t. Longtime customer—now a former customer.
