I have mailed back my MA 50 to Ulanzi. I mailed it back on Sept 24 and to this day 10/15/2025 I have not seen my refund back to my account. I sent an email asking about it and no one f#$king responded to my email. I wish there is a zero star so that I don't to give you one.
I don't understand what Ulanzi want me to do for the return. These are the instructions sent to me by Ulanzi. They want me to send the item to them without telling me how I'm getting my money back? I have never encounter a terrible return process like this. I paid for shipping when I bought it, I have to pay for shipping again to return a defective item? I sent an email for clarification no one replied. Name: ULANZI Address: 1100 CRANBURY SOUTH RIVER RD MONROE TOWNSHIP NJ 08831 When returning items, please provide us with the following information: 1. Photos of all product boxes 2. Photos of the shipping label included with the package 3. Please provide us with the return shipping number within 7 days of shipping, otherwise the warehouse will destroy the item. 4. Return shipping tracking number The above information will help us verify that your returned item is intact. We apologize for the poor experience. I have provided your address, and I will process your refund upon receipt. We look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Eyre Ulanzi Customer Service Assistant.
I have to give you another stupid star so I can make a terrrible review of your service. I bought an Ulanzi MA50 for my wife's Iphone 16. I'm trying to return it due to it's weak magnet. It can't hold my wife's Iphone nor mine. Order ULANZI159215. I sent several emailed to assist me on the return of the said item. No one ever replied to my email. Ulanzi has the lousiest service ever.
You don't deserve a star at all, but I have to select one for me to make a comment. A simple bluetooth of your own product you can't even make it connect.
