We started using Smith.ai to help answer calls and they’ve been a great fit. They keep adding useful features and it’s clear they’re committed to improving. Their call forwarding system is excellent, it connects sales opportunities to a rep right away while taking messages for general inquiries. Everything has met my expectations and it lets us stay focused on production knowing calls are handled.
