Be careful when ordering from Creality
Be careful when ordering from Creality I returned an unopened Otter Lite scanner with official proof of delivery and signed receipt at their German warehouse. Despite this, Creality claims they “cannot find the package” and still refuses to refund me. After nearly 2 months and 15+ emails, I am still waiting for my money. Even with proof of delivery, getting a refund can be very difficult.
