My issue is identical to all the others. Horrible company. Bezos has no idea that Amazon is being serviced in the Philippines by such a sorry excuse for a logistics company. Soooo....we need to give ol' Jeffy the real dope on this Ninja Van outfit. Send your complaints directly to Amazon's Investor Relations Dept. and asking I.R. to forward to the appropriate executive in charge of global logistics services. Also let NV know that you did so, and email them at their shipper service email addy...the guys that are in charge of sales to companies like Amazon, not their useless customer service support email addy.
