I am demanding cancellation due to breach of contract
I am demanding cancellation due to Dazzling Cleaning’s clear breach of contract. My appointment was confirmed for Aug 26 at 1:00 PM for 6 hours of service. The cleaner arrived nearly 2 hours late, worked only about 4 hours, and completed only a fraction of the agreed tasks — lightly cleaning a single bedroom while ignoring the printed list for my 4-bedroom home. Her conduct was also unprofessional and unsafe: she arrived smelling of cigarettes, left a marijuana odor in my daughter’s room, and spent much of her time sitting on my child’s bed instead of performing the service. This was a complete failure to deliver the contracted hours, scope of work, and professional standards. For these reasons, I am canceling and disputing this transaction in full.
