Only buy Oura rings directly from the website!
I didn't have an excellent experience when I bought my ring through Amazon (so I advise you to never do it) - a week later, Oura came up with the ceramic rings which I liked more, and offered exchanges for recent purchases for everyone... except Amazon clients. The support was kicking me around, not helping at all. I was so disappointed that I canceled my subscription, deciding that I will only keep the ring for a year I paid for, and not give another cent to this company. I was also advising everyone to not deal with them. I did like my ring though, and I gotta say its very comfortable and excellent for daily tracking of steps and sleep. HOWEVER! My ring died last month, and I was offered a replacement so fast and smooth, no questions asked, I was truly impressed. I guess I subscribe for another year for sure. Truly good customer service when you deal with them directly, not through resellers.
