Dreadful quality and even worse…
Dreadful quality and even worse customer service service. I ordered a beautiful patchwork dress with ribbon detail, buttons and trim. I spent a long time choosing the style with exactly what colour of patch was positioned when when I would look down. The detail shown in photos was certainly a piece of art. What arrived was a very poor quality fabric with patches (all the sane colour) printed on. No stiches, no buttons, no ribbon, no trim. I immediately contacted their customer service department who offered me a 10% then 15% refund. The fabric isn’t even useful as a dishcloth. I repeatedly asked for a full refund, was told they had to contact another department then heard nothing more. I contacted them again after a few weeks and they have ignored completely. Absolute scam with no back up support. Have full intention of contacting Trading Stsndards to make them aware of this company.
