While I would like to give a higher rating & while my customer service experience was rather courteous & timely, & the size of dress was a true fit, I’m very disappointed in the lack of true color which was sent to me in comparison to the advertised color. When looking for a particular color for your event I’m not sure this site is the best to choose from. They cannot guarantee the color you’re needing & the hassle of returning & being stuck with the fee (when it’s a factory error) should not be placed on the customer. I was hoping to return & receive the accurate color dress in which I had originally ordered but was notified I could end up with the same color. This is not ideal if you’re a bridesmaid & needing to match the rest of the dresses. This is a very frustrating matter! After much time searching for the perfect dress & getting excited to receive the one you really liked only to be let down…very discouraging! *Picture option would be nice bc I could share the color variation. I had ordered the Mulberry & got Fuchsia.*
