I had an issue with the order I placed and wanted to return the item. Their was no phone number to contact anyone - nothing but a customer service email address. I was very skeptical at best That said, I reached out to their CS and surprisingly received a response the next day from an agent names Esther. Esther was delightful and extremely helpful and thorough. She was a pleasure to deal with and made my entire experience with Mars Hydro incredible. She facilitated the return, sent a return label and saw to it that I received my refund. She was GREAT! If you have any issues with anything you buy from Mars Hydro - they will back their products but more importantly they support their customers
