bought the original heatbit. it failed after one month. This review is about how they stepped and handled it. As i said, first 1300$ unit failed. support recognised a pattern ans instead of just sending another bad unit they offered TWO 700$ heatbit mini(??) that were in development. I agreed and waited patiently. I would check in once a month and , admittingly, I was wondering if i was being scammed/lied to. Support was always reassuringly saying "still in development, not ready yet but we have the order". Tokk about a year but the two new units finally arrived. one is at work the other at home. They are smaller, quieter and more user friendly. Both units have now worked for over a year each, doing what is expected of them. Heatbit support took a product failure and did the right thing making the overall experience a win.
