I haven't received my order

I haven't received my order. I've asked for ETA and not gotten replies to the question. customer service is generally lacking so far.

Months Waiting for a Refund

Heatbit agreed to issue a refund of approximately $2,500 back to my credit card, but the refund has still not appeared. I have sent multiple follow-up emails and a formal demand letter, but I have received no response. I am now working through the dispute process with my credit card company. The most concerning part has been the lack of communication after Heatbit agreed to the refund. I will update this review if the company resolves the issue, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend doing business with Heatbit.

Its a monumental waste of money.

I have a device that I end up getting the heated trio or something like $800. I took 2 1/2 years for me to receive the device and then it ran for about a year and a half before it finally just stopped running the company told me that the warranty had expired and that if I wanted to get it fixed, it would cost $150 and I have to ship it to them at my own cost. Here’s the problem all that mining that it did was only $150 maximum worth anyways and it cost me two rounds of filters of $35 each so basically it’s a huge money. You never get any money back. It’s actually just better to buy bitcoin.

They are working plus.

They are working! I have three Heatbit Maxis. My 94 year old mom likes it 80 degrees in her space but the rest of us don’t. These are solving that. The bonus is that they are also air purifiers and I’ve gotten compensation to offset the cost. Had some questions and got great customer service. Recommend.

My heatbit came and then literally blew up…

My heatbit came and then literally blew up with a big loud bang and sparks of light flying after just an hour or so. The support team were fantastic....had me send back the heater, recreated the order by upgrading to the next level model. Even though I wanted my heater for our cooler summer evenings I feel that the customer service was outstanding and worth the wait. Thank you!

I give a 2 and I'll explain why. My trio had many issues right from new. It often would kick out for days at a time and heatbit told me we are looking at it. Eventually it would work again. Then something failed and I had to send it away for repairs. Ok. Prepaid shipping and free repair then it came back. Worked sporadically still. Then a couple weeks after my warranty expired, it died and I was told sorry no warranty no help. We can fix but you pay like 200 shipping then a repair bill. Get out of here. 2 because they did follow through on the commitment to give Bitcoin during the waiting period because production was so delayed. I'll let others be the product developers and take the risk. What a waste of money. Terrible experience. It mined approximately $140 USD worth BTC and that was it. Not acceptable. I'm glad I cancelled my order for the maxi what a waste of money that would have been. Never again.

I'll be sending papers to go to court. Retainer has been set in place. Quit playing with others money.

This response is copy and paste to every negative review. An email the following morning after my initial review said they canceled the order and asked how I would like the order refunded. I promptly responded giving an address to send the refunded BTC or to PayPal. Neither has been issued and I'm calling you out on saying you will do something and not following thru. This is a scam. A lawyer will be contacting you next. I have all the receipts and nothing but empty promises and thousands out on a pre order bundle for the maxi's. Hope it's worth it and people feast on these reviews so they don't have to go thru this. See you in small claims court. This is purposeful negligence.

A win/win for some warmth when its chilly and BTC!

The idea behind the Heatbit is novel, a win/win to stave away the chilly months and earning some bitcoin. During the warmer months switching to only the air filter is a 3rd win!

Design not the best

Design not the best. Have to have it turned backwards to get the air to flow into the room due to how the air fins are angled. ROI not very good either. Bitcoin will need to more than 3X-4X before I break even.

Ordered replacement filters the Heatbit Trio. Online ordering was easy and the filters arrived in a few days. In all, a simple process.

The Heatbits are fantastic!

The Heatbits are fantastic and I’m very happy to have purchased them. I was not aware of the logistics necessary to receive them, but once I understood just how popular they were and the lead time on orders, my expectations improved. I recommend them for sure, but know that the sell quickly.

It was advertised to make $100/season

It was advertised to make $100/season. (3 months, maybe 4) So you would expect to make $25-$35/month. I've had it on non-stop for 13 days and made $3.74. Also, as a heater, It did not get as warm as some of my other space heaters. I've never seen it get over 72 degrees. I'm not happy with this purchase at all.

I Love my Heatbit ! I use it everyday sense it been really cold! The best thing it’s makes me Bitcoin while I am heating up the room! Keep it going! I wish it could make more BTC everyday! Thanks wayne
