Bad product - Bad customer service
I bought a dehumidifier from Black+Decker. It didn’t work. They replaced it with another one and it too didn’t work. I requested a refund and while they agreed to send one. It is now literally months later and I still haven’t received my complete refund. Bottom line: poor product experience and worse customer service experience. I’ll never buy another Black+Decker product.
