Outstanding service support
I recently had an issue with my Growattt ML33RTA batteries, numerous battery faults, BMS, low voltage and battery disconnected messages. I contacted Growatt who answered quickly and carried out remote testing. Confirming the BMS cards were faulty and needed to be replaced. An appointment was made for an engineer to attend on site. The engineer replaced two BMS cards and software updated and returned to full service IN TWENTY minutes . I am absolutely thrilled with the service from Growatt from start to finish, excellent communication, and rapid attendance on site I don’t think I could ask for more. Well done Growatt for providing outstanding after market support
