Switched from Zappos to Road Runner, and love!
I was a die hard Zappos fan for years... until they started to go downhill / got Amazoned up. I started looking for a new place to buy shoes, and I like Nordstrom for a lot of things... but not sneakers. Enter Road Runner. They've got local stores where I can try things on (or if I need something in a hurry.) They've got a helpful staff if I want to consider something beyond my beloved Brooks Ghosts. They've got all the add-on models (weatherized, Max, GTX) in all the sizes and colors I need. And they ship fast and basically always free. Thanks for being my new sneakers Zappos, Road Runner!
