Cheap quality and damaged goods
The dress arrived with a plick and a run in the chiffon fabric. I asked for them to send a new one asap and instead they sent a picture of the dress hung up to prove it was not plucked. They have not accounted for the fact it was obviously plucked during packaging. They have offered a 30 percent discount to get it fixed but as the pluck is across the breast and is visible it cannot be fixed. Cheap quality product and poor customer service.
