Booked and paid, flight cancelled, money fully returned
Booked and paid for a flight, the flight wasn't cheap but I was happy to pay the price. The money was debited from my account and literally within one minute I got an email informing me that the flight price has gone up so they cancelled my flight and refunded me a voucher!!!! no cash just a voucher! I have to apply for a cash refund. Spoke to two people and they gave me a time frame of between 1 and 14 working days for a refund. I will post again if they follow through and refund my money, as I think its important a fair review is given. Update - in the companies defence they fully refunded the money back within 2 working days. IN addition the customer service lady was very helpful and apologetic. I am impressed the money was returned so quickly.
