Update from below - they have contacted me both online and by phone. They are correcting the browser issue and refunding the money for the unneeded policy. "The website does not work well with Safari. It gets stuck on select a language where you cannot select the correct language; had to use Chrome. The cart does not show the number of policies or the total cost. I somehow ended up with 2 policies instead of one. "
