Slow moving courier
Courier only pickup item at 5pm at store. Then reach facility the next day 5pm again. 3rd day you depart to nearby sorting facility at 9:30am, and reached at 10:30am. Good But never out of deliver until the next day 3pm. The facility is only 3km away. If I know it would take you more than 24hours to start the trip, I would've go and collect it. No customer service at all
