ZERO customer support - SHAME ON YOU!
I’ve experienced zero customer support. The team clearly monitors reviews, since they respond to negative feedback, yet they remain unresponsive through their actual support line. Every time I call, I’m sent straight to voicemail, and despite leaving three messages, I’ve never received a call back. All I’m trying to do is fix my voicemail. Instead of playing my greeting, callers are told my mailbox is full and cannot leave a message. When I attempt to delete voicemails, the only option is to archive them, which doesn’t free up space. This issue has left me completely stuck. As a business owner, this is costing me thousands of dollars in lost opportunities. Reliable support should be a priority, and unfortunately, I have yet to see that reflected here.
