Great customer service, efficient at making sure claims are met and understand student issues well enough to know what best suits them. So far i have had a pleasant experience with them and fingers crossed that continues. I was assisted by John on their helpline number today and he was a great help, clear communicator, prompt and understanding of my concerns. Thank you!
