If you need support - you are lost. Setup is ok.
Setup and integration were fine, and technically the product works. But that’s where the positives end. The system doesn’t even recognize that everything has been set up correctly, so we keep seeing unnecessary notifications in the dashboard. The real problem, however, is the support. After hours of waiting, we only received one short reply asking for a few security details. We provided the information immediately – and then nothing. No answers, no solutions, no follow-up. Just silence. Meanwhile, the service is charging us a higher monthly fee than what we actually subscribed for. On top of that, the invoices are useless: instead of showing the company details we entered, they only include an email address. In Germany, such invoices are not even legally valid. So right now we are paying more than we should, receiving invalid invoices, and getting zero support. Technically the product might work, but the experience as a paying customer is extremely frustrating. Sadly, this service feels unreliable and unprofessional. We cannot recommend it at all.
