Poor Quality Poor Customer Service
I ordered a fabric swatch, as is recommended on the website, before ordering a dress, and used the "try before you buy option". Liking the dress and color I ordered a customized dress. The dress arrived a different color. Customer service stated that because it was customized they would not do anything to correct. They also said that color batches vary - this should have been stated PRIOR to ordering, which it was not. The dress I ordered was not the same quality as the "try before you buy" dress, the one I received has uneven seams. I provided the same length for the right arm as the left, the sleeves aren't the same length, which the company blames on my measurements. The ruffle on the front is much smaller, the company has no explanation for that, and the color is different. Very disappointing. Buyer beware, it's money down the drain.
