Quick and easy chat support
I used the online chat facility with an issue I was having with our cookie banner - I didnt have high hopes for a quick resolution ( I had already run a few options through Chat GPT that hadn't worked). I sent the first message - expecting an auto-response to inform me there would be an emailed response within 24 hours. This wasn't the case - I had John message me within a couple of minutes. I explained my issue in basic terms and shared a short video of the issue - that was it from my input. John took a look and kept me informed whilst he did so. He resolved the issue very easily and followed up with an email.
