Company has bad customer service
I ordered a $350 wig from them I asked them to customize it to my head because it's smaller then their regular size. First off when I recieved the wig it didn't look like the pictures at all and secondly it was not customized as stated it would be, so it didn't fit, even when I used the adjustment strap provided the wig bunches up in the back an is an inch or so off of the back of my neck, not to mention that is goes completely over my ears. I asked to do either a return or exchange because it's way too big for me and was told that I wasn't eligible for that because it was "customized" and then they said the best they could do was $30 compensation. This company has horrible customer service I will definitely not buy from them ever again.
