If you’re from Southern California (San Diego/OC/LA) area and looking to have your sole product or any other fitness equipment repaired or maintained, I highly recommend requesting Charley as your professional technician. He is very knowledgeable and works very quickly and has taken care of all the issues I had with my Sole e35 elliptical. He is also personable and just a great guy that is honest and trustworthy. Very good at communicating and goes out of his way to follow up on his clients days later to check if your machine is still in good order.
