Everything was fine with delivery
Everything was fine with delivery. It's a shame I have to buy parts for my printers that are in warranty because the tech support takes 2 weeks to answer, but paying for a defective part is three days...seems strange and borderline illegal in my state. I have opened the ticket, do I need to again?
